Bali Blue is a single-origin, medium-dark roast from smallholder farms in Kintamani, Bali, offering a rich, satisfying cup with pronounced chocolate and caramel character. Carefully hand-picked cherries are wet-hulled and dried on raised beds to develop deep, sweet notes—expect dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar across the palate. Grown at 1200–1600 meters in volcanic loam, the Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties produce a balanced body and bright, layered flavor that works well brewed as drip, pour-over, or French press.
